Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at Alna.Branding@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
